bet365 will not accept wagers from any person who is prohibited from engaging in sports wagering activities pursuant to Part VI of Title 42 of the Louisiana Administrative Code. Persons prohibited from wagering in Louisiana include any individual who:

Is prohibited from wagering by law, rule, or policy of the operator, or due to self-restriction or self-exclusion or pursuant to Louisiana R.S.27:27.1.

Is an individual whose participation may undermine the integrity of the wagering or the sports event or for other good cause, including but not limited to: any individual placing a bet as an agent or proxy; any person who is an athlete, coach, referee, a player or a referee personnel member, in or on any sports event on which the person is attempting to place the bet.

Is a person who holds a position of authority or influence sufficient to exert influence over the participants in a sporting contest, including but not limited to coaches, managers, handlers, athletic trainers, or horse trainers; a person with access to certain types of exclusive information on any sports event overseen by that persons sports governing body based on publicly available information, or a person identified by any lists provided by the sports governing body to the division and the racing commission.

Is a director, officer, owner, or employee of bet365 or any relative or other person living in the same household as the director, officer, owner or employee of bet365.

Is on the states self-exclusion list or prohibited in accordance with R.S.27:27.1.
